  1. Do you offer free estimates? Absolutely! Especially in a time of emergency, such as immediately after a big storm, we want our customers — new and existing — to know we are not out for the mighty dollar. We will provide a visual inspection of the property, and give you a realistic estimate for service.
  1. How often should I prune my tree? This can vary depending on the type of tree or plant, but most should be pruned every 1-2 years simply for general up-keep purposes.
  1. Do I need to fertilize my tree? Yes! Fertilization and plant health care is a very detailed process and can increase the life expectancy of your tree. Our specialists can come out to your property and help put together a detailed program that includes regular inspections/maintenance.
  1. Is your company insured? Absolutely.  Like we said earlier in our website, tree removal services of any kind, even routine maintenance, should not be taken lightly. We employ the right number of specialists per job to ensure everything is done properly and safely. Let us do the heavy lifting for you.
  1. Is there anything you don’t do? If there is a service we can’t perform, we haven’t come across it yet. With that being said, we will be up-front if a requested job is not something we are qualified to handle.
  1. What are the tell-tale signs of a sick tree? There’s really too many to list, but the most common are fungi growth, dead limbs, hollowed or damaged areas, discoloration and insect damage to leaves and tree trunks. If you suspect one of your trees is sick or damaged, give us a call immediately. The faster the situation is addressed, the better the chances are that we can save the tree.
